Yes. Appointments are required for both measurements and fittings, so that we are able to provide you with our full focus and attention.
To book an appointment, simply create an account. From your account, you will be able to view available appointment times and select the time that is most convenient for you.
Your account allows you to view available appointment times, and book your consultation and fitting appointments directly online. It also allows us to confirm your appointment by email, send you a reminder prior to your appointment, and notify you when your finished garments are ready.How long does a bespoke consultation take?
Your first consultation is typically 30 minutes. During that time, we will take your measurements and you will choose your fabrics, designs and detailing. 30 minutes is also the typical duration of your trial fitting.How long will it take to have my bespoke suit made?
It takes as little as four weeks from your first consultation until you have your bespoke garments in hand. Those garments may be a suit, shirts or denim garments.Can I provide my own fabric?
No. In order to ensure our standards of quality are maintained, we only create garments from the fabrics housed at Valeryan. We house over 15,000 fabric options for you to choose from, to ensure your needs and vision are met.Can I bring in a picture of a style that I like?
Absolutely! Reference images help us better understand your needs and vision.Do you do repairs and alterations?
Yes. We perform repairs and alterations on any garment purchased from Valeryan. If you are requesting alterations after delivery of your garment, additional charges will apply.
We do not repair or alter clothing not purchased from Valeryan.
A 50% deposit is required when you place your initial order. The balance is paid upon final delivery of your garments.How often should I dry clean my suit?
Wool suits should be dry cleaned twice a year to help the fabric retain its natural oils and luster. Shirts may be dry cleaned as needed. Shirts may also be machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. They must be hung to dry.
